THE DISTILLER’S TASTING NOTES
Nose: brown sugar, vanilla, sweet corn, light cinnamon and nutmeg notes
Mouth: caramel, baking spices, almond, vanilla, long “green” finish bringing laurel to mind
Although our distillates evolved since our first distillations, it is the barrel selection here that brings our second expression elsewhere in terms of flavor profile, i.e. plenty of sweet and herbaceous notes to even out the spices of the first batch.
