Tradition and creativity collide with this Rye. Spicy notes typical of the style meet subtle fruity notes to create a perplexing complexity for such a young offering. ⅔ virgin oak and ⅓ ex-bourbon barrel blend here, so as to give enough room for all the wooden, leathery, spicy and fruity notes brought together by the cereal and the oak.
