THE DISTILLER’S TASTING NOTES

Nose: Rye, bubble gum, orange
Mouth: Cereals, bubble gum, cherries, pine needle

The Rye renewal continues! Bottled from the same ⅔ virgin oak and ⅓ ex-Bourbon cask blend, this second batch follows in the path of our first offering but leaves more room for the grain notes to shine. This time around, our cask selection delivers intriguing, evanescent bubble gum undertones before the signature rye spices kick in.
