ACERUM PISTACHIO & ORANGE BLOSSOM

2 oz - St. Laurent Acerum

1 oz - Pistachio orgeat syrup or orgeat syrup

¾ oz - Lemon juice

2 dashes - Miss Better’s Bitters Orange Tree

1 egg white or 1 dash of Miss Better’s Bitters Vegan Foamer

  1. Pour all ingredients in the shaker. 

  2. Shake all ingredients without ice.

  3. Add ice and shake vigorously.

  4. Double strain into a chilled glass.

Optional : Grate a cinnamon stick on top.
