Mint Julep

2 oz - St. Laurent Whisky 3 Grains

¼ oz - Simple syrup

2 Dashes - Orange bitter

Handful of mint leaves 

  1. Mix the leaves (ideally crushed lightly pounded in your palm beforehand), the simple syrup and whisky in a service glass.

  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes, then stir.

  3. Top above the rim with crushed ice (so to make a dome of ice).

  4. Dash the bitter on the ice dome.
