whisky Sour
1.5 oz - St. Laurent Whisky 3 Grains
½ oz - Simple syrup
½ oz - Lemon juice
1 egg white or 1 dash of Miss Better’s Bitters Vegan Foamer
Shake all ingredients without ice.
Add ice and shake vigorously.
Double strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with citrus zest.
