whisky 3grains Sazerac

2 oz - St. Laurent Whisky 3 Grains 

0.5 oz - Simple syrup

2 traits - Peychaud’s bitter

2 dashes - Angostura bitter

0.25 oz - Absinth

  1. Mix all ingredients but the Absinth in a blending pitcher.

  2. Add ice, then stir.

  3. Double-strain in a glass previously rinsed with Absinth.

  4. Express the lemon zest before using it as garnish.
